What the checks are

The checks use the official amounts of the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration. The outcome is an estimate based on your answers. It is not personal advice. Do not make a big decision without an adviser.

Legal only

Fiscusmeesters only helps with what the law allows: exemptions, deductions and smart choices. We do not help anyone hide income or assets.

Plans

The plan terms below apply to the existing one-topic, complete and family plans. The saved income-tax upload check has separate terms below.

A plan is one payment, not a subscription. There are three plans: one topic, complete and family. The plan holds what we found for you up to the moment you pay. Find something new later, after a new check? That is a new plan. You have access to your plan for 12 months after payment. After that you can put the outcomes into a new plan.

A plan is digital content that you see right after payment. So before you pay, we ask for your explicit consent to deliver the plan at once. With that consent, the 14-day withdrawal period ends. The adviser call in the family plan is a service: you can cancel it free of charge within 14 days, as long as the call has not taken place.

Saved income-tax upload check

This one-time purchase saves a calculation for one person and one tax year in your account, with its supporting explanation and a downloadable overview. The checkout shows the price including VAT before payment. Access lasts twelve months from confirmed payment and does not renew automatically. A fiscal partner and another tax year are outside this purchase.

Additional documents and revised calculations for the same person and tax year are included during that access period. Each confirmed version is preserved separately. An update does not restart the access period. Each calculation shows what was checked and what information or calculations are still missing. The purchase does not include a complete review of every tax situation, personal advice or filing with the Tax Administration.

You request immediate availability at checkout. For this income-tax upload check, your statutory fourteen-day withdrawal period after concluding the contract remains available, including after you view or download the overview. Use Withdraw my purchase or send a clear declaration to hulp@fiscusmeesters.nl with your name, email address and order number. You will receive confirmation of your request. For withdrawal within the period, we refund the full purchase price within fourteen days of your declaration using the original payment method. Submitting a request does not erase stored data.

Discount through an invitation

Did you create an account through someone else's link? Then you get 20% off your first plan. When someone you invited buys a plan, you get the same discount on your next plan, once per person. One discount applies per plan. The discount does not apply to the saved income-tax upload check or adviser services and cannot be exchanged for money.

Services

Order a service, and a tax adviser does the work for the price shown on the site. You can cancel free of charge within 14 days, as long as the work has not started.

De Meester

The Meester is an AI assistant and answers in Dutch. The Meester can make mistakes. Check important answers with an adviser.

Your data

We store your answers only when you save an outcome to your account. Mollie handles your payment; we never see your card or bank details. Questions you ask the Meester go to Anthropic, the company behind the AI. You can request deletion of your account. For saved income-tax checks, orders and withdrawal records, contact us so we can review linked records and any statutory retention duties. The full privacy statement is in Dutch.

Liability

The checks and the plan are estimates based on your own answers. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect or incomplete information you enter, or by a different decision of the Tax Administration. If we are liable after all, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the plan or service, unless the damage results from our intent or gross negligence.

Complaints

Not satisfied? Email us at hulp@fiscusmeesters.nl. You will get a full answer within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you can go to court.

Changes and applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms. If we change them, a plan you already bought keeps the terms from the moment you bought it.
